Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy
For Cancellations:
• You may raise a cancellation request within 2 hour of placing the order, along with the reason for cancellation.
• Please email your cancellation request to customercare@induratnafmcg.com
For Returns and Refunds:
• We do not accept returns, as these are food products. Once delivered, they cannot be returned.
• In case of product damage or a related issue, you can reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist you with a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
For Undelivered Orders:
• Orders can only be canceled before shipment is dispatched.
• If the courier partner is unable to deliver after three attempts, we will initiate an exchange, store credit, or refund for prepaid orders.
• This process can take up to 15 working days after deducting INR 200 per product as shipping and payment gateway (PG) charges incurred by us.
For Delivered Orders (Prepaid or COD):
• Cancellations for delivered orders must be requested within 4 working days of delivery.

• Refunds or store credits will only be processed after we receive the product back in original and good condition.
• A deduction of INR 200 per product will apply to cover shipping and payment gateway processing charges.
