Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
No Returns on Food Products
Due to the nature of food products and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns on food items. All sales of food products are final. We maintain the highest quality standards to ensure you receive the best products.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Undelivered Orders
If delivery cannot be completed after 3 attempts within 15 days, you may choose between an exchange, store credit, or refund. A deduction of ₹200 for shipping charges will apply to refunds for undelivered orders.
Post-Delivery Cancellation
For delivered orders, cancellation requests must be raised within 4 working days of delivery. Please email us at customercare@induratnafmcg.com with your order details and reason for cancellation.
